*2: Overseas Participants means those who reside outside of Japan.
*3: Please select this category only if you are already registered as an ISPC 2026 volunteer. If you are not registered, please do not select it.
*4: This symposium is primarily intended for university students and above. Individuals who are high school students or younger may not register on their own; however, they may attend if accompanied by a parent/guardian or another adult. Please note that childcare services for infants and young children will not be provided.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
The registration fee will be refundable until 31 December 2025.
After 1 January 2026, the registration fee is NON-refundable for all applicants.
This policy remains in effect even if a cancellation occurs after the completion of the registration payment.
