We are pleased to announce the call for abstracts for the International Social Prescribing Conference (ISPC 2026), jointly hosted by Kyoto University and Tokyo University of the Arts, Japan. The conference will be held from 27 to 28 May 2026 and will take place entirely in person at Kyoto University, Kyoto, Japan.
ISPC 2026 aims to bring together scholars and practitioners from diverse disciplinary backgrounds engaged in social prescribing. Submissions on any topic related to social prescribing are welcome, including both research presentations and activity or practice reports.
The deadline for abstract submission is 28 February 2026 (JST). Please note, however, that abstracts will be reviewed on a rolling basis; early submission is therefore encouraged.
Applicants may indicate a preference to be considered for poster presentation only, if desired. Notification of review results will be provided approximately within one month of submission.

Proposals are invited for individual or group presentations in either oral or poster format.
Proposals for individual or group abstracts (up to 300 words) must clearly indicate a preferred presentation format (oral or poster). Following the peer review process, the ISPC 2026 Scientific Committee will determine whether each proposal is accepted and assigned to an oral or poster presentation.
Authors selected for poster presentations are required to be physically present at their poster boards during the designated poster sessions to discuss their work.
