- Exhibitor Application Fee for Overseas Exhibitors: ¥125,000 (Per booth, includes participation fee for one person)
- Basic Booth Size: W 1,800 mm x D 900 mm x H 2,100 mm
- Maximum Available Booth Spaces: 12

1) Kyoto University Clock Tower Memorial Hall, 2nd Floor, International Exchange Hall
2) Kyoto University International Science, Technology and Innovation Building, 5th Floor
*Please consult with the secretariat regarding the booth location. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but due to limited booth space, your choice may not be available. Thank you for your understanding.
Exhibition Booth Basic Equipment:

- Back Panel (W 1,800 mm × H 2,100 mm)
- Display Stand (W 1,800 mm × D 900 mm, with cloth)
- Company Nameplate
- Two Chairs
- Dual Electrical Outlet (100V, 500W)
- LED Fluorescent Light

*Pre-registration required. Each participant will be provided with an account ID and password.

The booth usage fee includes a conference participation fee for one person.

First Round of Application Deadline: Friday, February 27, 2026, at Noon Japan Time.
Notes:
After filling out the Google Form, your application will be completed when you are contacted by email from the ISPC 2026 Organizing Committee Secretariat. Details regarding payment methods and payment dates will be sent to those who have completed their application.
If there are a large number of applications in the first round, we may not be able to accept more applications. If you are interested, please consider applying early.
Details regarding the load-in/load-out schedule, venue layout, etc. will be notified separately to those who have completed their applications.
